How restocks are counted
A return is a confirmed change from unavailable to available for one store and configuration. Repeated returns are separate events, not a count of phones. The live list answers what is available at the last check. The history shows where listings returned; it does not predict the next delivery.

One return is one store × configuration becoming available again. Frequent returns do not predict your chance of buying; an order is only confirmed by Apple.

How this is measured
Listing duration is bounded by the last available and first unavailable observation. The ≈ marker identifies an estimated interval. Listings shorter than a check interval can be missed; these durations are not guaranteed checkout windows.

Apple Touchwood Centre FAQ

What does this guide cover at Apple Touchwood Centre?

The comparison covers one Apple Store. Each availability observation belongs to an exact model, storage and color at a specific store. A total across locations does not mean the nearest store has your choice, and an unavailable data connection is not evidence of a sell-out.

How should I compare pickup options for iPhone at Apple Touchwood Centre?

Open the exact configuration at this store, read its observation time, then check nearby alternatives you could reach. Complete the order with Apple before making the trip; a listing here does not hold the device for you.

Does a recorded return mean a new shipment arrived at Apple Touchwood Centre?

No. A return means one store–configuration pair changed from unavailable to available in the recorded pickup observations. Cancellations or other stock changes can also reopen a listing. The record does not identify shipments or count physical phones.

What will an alert watch at Apple Touchwood Centre?

One alert watches one store and one exact configuration. A matching confirmed return can trigger delivery while your plan covers that rule. Source checks, synchronization and notification delivery add delay, so an alert is not a reservation or a promise that stock will remain available.

Does the apple.com price in the UK include VAT?

Yes. £1,999 for the 256GB iPhone Duo includes 20% VAT; nothing is added when you collect it in store.

Does ShelfSpring reserve an iPhone?

ShelfSpring helps you spot a pickup window. Apple accepts the order, confirms the collection time and holds the phone.
